Job Overview:

Responsible for winding LV/HV coils for oil-cooled and dry-type transformers as per design specifications, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to testing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform coil winding for distribution and power transformers (up to 5MVA).

Operate winding machines, tensioners, and insulation equipment.

Follow engineering drawings and design parameters.

Maintain quality standards as per IS/IEC specifications.

Handle tap leads, interlayer insulation, and core assembly support.

Report material consumption and maintain shop-floor discipline.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant field.

Knowledge of copper/aluminum winding and insulation materials.

Ability to read electrical drawings and winding data sheets.

Job Overview:

Oversee the end-to-end transformer manufacturing process — from core assembly to testing — ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to Powertech’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise transformer production, assembly, and testing.

Coordinate between design, purchase, and quality departments.

Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements.

Plan daily production schedules and manpower utilization.

Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and customer specifications.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and process issues.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

3–6 years experience in transformer manufacturing.

Strong understanding of core design, coil assembly, vacuum drying, and tanking.

Excellent leadership and coordination skills.

Job Overview:

Responsible for precise winding and assembly of Current Transformers and Potential Transformers as per design parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform primary and secondary winding for resin-cast CTs/PTs.

Prepare molds, insulation, and winding fixtures.

Support in resin casting, curing, and demolding processes.

Maintain proper documentation of winding data.

Inspect coils for uniformity, insulation resistance, and finish.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical.

2–4 years experience in CT/PT manufacturing.

Knowledge of epoxy resin systems and vacuum casting preferred.

Manage Powertech’s online presence and brand identity across platforms. Create, plan, and execute content strategies that highlight our products, milestones, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Coordinate with design and video teams for professional posts and reels.

Run targeted campaigns for product launches, events, and client updates.

Track engagement, leads, and digital metrics.

Promote Powertech as a one-stop electrical solutions company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years experience in B2B or industrial marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

Job Overview:

Handle overall inventory management, including raw materials, tools, and finished goods, ensuring smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain stock records in ERP/software.

Plan and monitor material inflow/outflow.

Coordinate with purchase and production teams.

Conduct monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Implement FIFO and safety storage practices.

Requirements:

Any graduate with 3–6 years of store/inventory experience in manufacturing.

Knowledge of transformer-related materials preferred.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

 

Job Overview:

Oversee the design, assembly, wiring, and testing of LT/HT electrical panels as per IEC 61439 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor panel manufacturing activities.

Interpret SLDs and GA drawings for panel layout.

Supervise wiring, component mounting, and testing.

Coordinate with design and QC teams.

Ensure safety and compliance with client specifications.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

2–5 years experience in panel board manufacturing.

Job Overview:

Design and develop efficient and cost-effective transformers (oil-cooled and dry type) as per customer and IS/IEC specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare design sheets for core, winding, and tank sizing.

Calculate losses, impedance, and temperature rise.

Generate GA, SLD, and BOM for production.

Coordinate with production for design feasibility.

Support R&D for product improvements.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

3–7 years experience in transformer design.

Strong knowledge of BIS/IEC standards and AutoCAD.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
